Entry fees include team awards and t‑shirt/leotard.
For Early Bird pricing, full fees must be received by September 10, 2017.
Fees must be paid in full by deadline dates to receive discount.
No refunds after January 10, 2018.
Level 10’s Free
Bring 4 or more paying levels and your Level 10’s are free.
All Level 10 JO National Qualifiers for 2017 receive free entry.
Refer a new team that competes at 2018 SOTF and you BOTH receive $50!
New Registration Process for 2018
Enter all athletes through the USAG reservation system*.
Complete registration online or use the downloadable form or your own form to submit payment.
Send a us list of all registered gymnasts, their USAG #, and leo sizes for females / t-shirt sizes for males. (Included on the downloadable registration form.)
NOTIFY US OF CHANGES
If a gymnast is added or scratches, after you make the change with USAG, please email our meet director! Do not assume that USAG will flag the change for us.
* Log into USAG “Member Services” > Click “Club Administration ” > Click “Meet Reservation” > Click “Search for Competitions.”
Then, fill in pull down’s: “Select State” (California) and select “Spirit of the Flame 2018”

You may also use your own form for SOTF payment and sizes. Please include the photo release (required): Permission is hereby granted to the Ultimate Sports Connection dba spirit of the flame challenge by way of entering the Spirit of the Flame Challenge gymnastics meet to use any photographs that may be taken at the event on the SOTF websites or in printed publication and or electronic communications without further consideration, and to hold harmless the above named entities.
